The new SXS piggybacks from C2P Suspension contain the same adjustment possibilities as the original factory equipped PDS dampers while maintaining the stunning looks and excellent quality. The C2P SXS piggyback houses separate compression adjuster units for high-speed as well as low-speed. High-speed compression is controlled using a preloaded shim stack, making it possible to infinitely adjust the high-speed compression characteristics using different types of shims. To make it easy to adjust the high-speed compression characteristics from the outside, the shim preload can be adjusted using the easily accessible adjustment needle. Low-speed compression adjustment is done the same way by turning the adjustment needle from the outside of the C2P SXS piggyback. C2P SXS piggyback come equipped with both the high- and low-speed adjuster unit mounted, as well as a solid spherical bearing unit mounted in the upper eyelet. C2P SXS piggybacks are CNC machined from high quality aircraft grade aluminum and hard anodized, giving them outstanding quality and stunning looks. SXS piggybacks from C2P are completely dismountable making them very easy to service and to fine-tune the compression adjusters. The C2P Reservoir/Bladder kits combine stunning looks with outstanding reliability, performance and serviceability. The C2P kit functions as an upgrade for the standard PDS shock absorber fitted on al KTM motocross motorcycles. Machined from high quality 7075 aircraft grade aluminum, the reservoirs have outstanding cooling capabilities that help reducing the high temperatures generated by the shock absorber under extensive use (such as motocross). To further improve this ability, cooling fins are machined on the outside of the reservoir to create a larger surface from which the heat can be dissipated by the air. Al reservoirs have a high quality anodized coating, insuring maximum wear properties internally against high temperature fluids, as well as outside against dirt and debris. The bladder and bladder cap contain a higher volume of nitrogen, helping reduction of head, an thus the variation of damper characteristics created by the change of fluid viscosity at higher temperatures. Filling of the reservoir is done with a standard injection needle through a rubber valve inside the reservoir cap, securing the nitrogen inside the bladder. It is also possible to order C2P Reservoir/Bladder kits with your own company or team logo engraved on the reservoir. This way you create a more personal shock absorber, which contributes to a more personal bike for the rider. C2P Reservoir/Bladder kits are available in several sizes varying from 155 mm till 100 mm reservoir length. Made from high-quality aircraft grade 7075 aluminum and finished in anodized bright gold, the spring adjuster and lock ring are an excellent replacement for the sometimes hard to reach standard adjustment ring. The spring adjuster provides excellent support for the spring to settle, incorporating the ability to be easily adjusted from the outside of the motorcycle using a standard C-spanner. The adjustment ring is easily lockable using the lock ring provided simultaneously. Turning the lock ring against the spring adjuster prevents the adjuster from "crawling" back, decreasing the spring preload. C2P Suspension Technology gives KTM riders the ability to use the conventional adjustment method with the state-of-the-art suspension technology of WP PSD Shock absorber.
